"
I have had the privilege of being coached by Cass for a couple months now. She is very kind and present. She pays attention to details and remembers things I have forgotten I have shared. Then she is able to help me put the puzzle pieces together as we methodically go deeper into my motivations behind the actions I take or the reasons I resist certain actions.

I think the most profound thing I have experienced with Cass’s coaching is the ability to find the inner child parts of myself that have been hurting and need healing.

She so effortlessly guides me and I truly feel the emotions. I have cried unexpectedly as I allow myself to connect with the younger versions of myself. Before coaching with Cass I had never understood how to heal through inner child work.

In this process of inner child work that Cass has guided me through, I have asked my younger self what she needs, I have let her know I am now here to protect her, that our life has worked out, and then I have asked her to join me in my current life at my current age.

There is no hypnosis, it’s all me in the present connecting with myself.

Cass teaches these tools in such a way that I will be able to do this work for myself, yet…. I much prefer having Cass on this transformative journey with me.

I recommend Cass to anyone who truly desires a 1:1 coach who can help guide you through tough segments of life that may be blocking you from who you want to be.

I feel that dealing with my childhood trauma and memories in this way is helping me on the path to the life I dream of. I have had many good experiences with a variety coaches over the last 8 years. Yet, my coaching experience with Cass, over the last couple months, has truly been at the top of my life changing coaching experiences.

I am still a work in progress and yet I now know that there is a path to my healing.

The frustration of knowing what to do, yet not understanding why I do not move forward has been a big obstruction in my life.

I feel that the insightfulness that Cass has as a coach has been instrumental in overcoming a number of my blocks.

I could go on and on about Cass and how much I respect her guidance on my healing journey.

I think her life journey, background as a mother and wife, being a life long student of the human condition, and her many years of coaching makes her insightful, knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, competent, and caring.

Please take my testimonial as a wholehearted endorsement of Cass as a coach and mentor."

"Cass is very intuitive and wonderfully supportive. I felt I was held in a very safe space where I could open up and rediscover and reconnect with my inner self.

Every session has been amazing and I have always left feeling more grounded and aware and with a deeper understanding of my true self.

I am honoured to have been one of Cass’ founding clients."

"Cass - a remarkably spiritual individual, I’ve benefitted from actually meeting Cass and knowing that her goodness, wisdom and authenticity run through her like a stick of rock."

"(Her) immediacy is gentle, caring first…bad ass follows. I would not hesitate to recommend her."

"My sessions with Cass have been really powerful and insightful. She is able to hold space for any inner processes without pressure or judgement, simply allowing you to uncover things at your own pace. Truly remarkable and genuinely caring. I felt safe to open up and to be guided towards the version of myself I'd like to become.

It feels like magic!"

"Cass shows up with full heart, energy and intention. She keeps a clear focus on how to move you forward, uncovering the blocks--especially the ones you can't see. If you want someone who will coddle you along and allow you drift that is not Cass. She is a compassionate disruptor or an empathetic challenger.Incisive: acts as an anchor when your mind wants to drift into distractions, refuses to let the session devolve into comfortable, stagnant venting . compassionate anchor. provides a safe space to land, but does not float away with your distractions; keeps you rooted to the work. An empathetic strategist: she feels what you are going through, and her brain is constantly mapping the route forward. A gentle mirror: She holds up reality as it is without distortion or judgment, gently helping you look at the truth."

Witchsticks is another name for divining rods — tools traditionally used to locate hidden water and unseen pathways beneath the surface.

To me, Divine Your Path represents something far deeper.

It is the journey of finding your way through life’s pivots, losses, reinventions, and awakenings — learning to trust that even in seasons of uncertainty, there is meaning, wisdom, and guidance available to us.

When we slow down enough to listen, we often discover that we are not navigating life alone.

Whether we call it Source, God, intuition, or our higher self, there is something within and beyond us quietly guiding us back toward truth, alignment, and the person we were always meant to become.

FAQs

Here are some common questions.

If you need anything else, I'm here to help.

What kind of people do you work with?

I work with emotionally aware and spiritually open people navigating significant life transitions or identity-shifting experiences.

This may include:

divorce or relationship breakdown

grief and loss

burnout

redundancy or career change

empty nest transitions

anxiety or emotional overwhelm

periods of uncertainty, reinvention, or personal awakening

Most of my clients are thoughtful people who sense there is a deeper transformation unfolding beneath what they are experiencing and want compassionate support while navigating it.

What kind of coaching do you offer?

My coaching combines grounded emotional support with transformational guidance.

This is not about “fixing” you or bypassing difficult emotions. It is about helping you move through life’s challenges with greater self-trust, resilience, clarity, and alignment.

Together, we create space to:

process change safely

rebuild emotional resilience

reconnect to yourself

navigate uncertainty

consciously rebuild your next chapter

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching is different from therapy.

Therapy often focuses on diagnosis, mental health treatment, and healing the past.

My work is future-focused and transformational. While we absolutely honour your emotional experience, coaching is designed to support you in navigating change, reconnecting to yourself, and moving forward with greater clarity, resilience, and self-trust.

If I believe additional therapeutic support would benefit you, I will always encourage that with care and integrity.

What can I expect from our sessions?

Sessions are supportive, reflective, honest, and deeply compassionate.

This is a space where you can arrive exactly as you are — without judgement, pressure, or performance.

Our work together may include:

guided reflection

emotional processing

nervous system awareness

identity and life transition work

practical grounding tools

visioning and reinvention work

self-trust and resilience building

Every session is tailored to where you are and what you most need support with.

How long do we work together?

Because this work involves meaningful personal transformation, emotional support, and conscious rebuilding, I work within coaching containers rather than offering one-off sessions.

This allows us to create a deeper, more supportive process where there is space for reflection, integration, accountability, and lasting change over time — rather than simply addressing things at surface level.

I currently offer both foundation and signature coaching experiences, depending on the level of support, depth, and transformation you are looking for. We can explore together which option feels most aligned for you during your discovery call.

Do I need to be “spiritual” to work with you?

Not at all.

You do not need to follow any particular spiritual beliefs.

Many of my clients simply sense that life holds deeper meaning and that difficult experiences can become opportunities for growth, self-discovery, and transformation.

My approach is grounded, compassionate, and accessible.

What if I feel completely lost right now?

That is often exactly where this work begins.

Life transitions can shake your sense of identity, certainty, and emotional safety. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out for support.

Sometimes the bravest thing we can do is allow ourselves to be supported while we find our footing again.

What is your cancellation policy?

I kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.

Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be forfeited, except in exceptional circumstances.

This policy helps protect the time, energy, and commitment held for all clients.

Is coaching confidential?

Yes. Everything shared within our sessions is treated with care, respect, and confidentiality.

Creating a safe and trusting space for your process is deeply important to me.

How do I know if this work is right for me?

This work may be a good fit if you are:

open to honest self-reflection

willing to engage with your growth process

navigating a meaningful life transition

seeking grounded emotional support alongside transformation

ready to rebuild yourself with greater self-trust and alignment

The best way to explore this is through an initial conversation where we can connect and see whether working together feels aligned for both of us.
