Sometimes life changes shape beneath your feet.

A relationship hits the rocks.

A career no longer fits.

The children grow up and life shifts, suddenly feeling unfamiliar.

A quiet unhappiness becomes impossible to ignore.

Or life arrives suddenly and unexpectedly, dismantling everything you thought was certain.

And somewhere in the middle of it all, you realise:

What has been can no longer be. You are being asked to become someone new.

Not because you wanted the fire.

But because life has placed you in it.

MY STORY

I know what it feels like to have life suddenly take an unexpected turn.

To navigate difficult relationships. To face heartbreak, emotional and financial uncertainty, and identity loss. To stand in the ashes of a life you thought would last and decide that somehow, you must begin again.

My life has been shaped by several phoenix moments.

Not the soft, romanticised version of transformation — the real kind.

The kind that asks for courage; accountability; resilience; faith. The willingness to face yourself honestly and rebuild consciously.

What I discovered through those seasons is this:

We are often far more capable than we realise.

That sometimes the greatest freedom comes not from avoiding life’s fires, but from knowing we can walk through them and rise again.

MY PHILOSOPHY

I don’t believe difficult seasons are here to destroy us, even when it can feel like everything is in danger of being destroyed.

I believe these seasons are an opportunity to strip away the identities, patterns, relationships, and beliefs that no longer align with who we truly are.

That doesn’t make these experiences easy.

Sometimes they are deeply painful.

But I have learned that there can be transformation within the unraveling.

Not through bypassing pain.

Not through pretending everything happens for a reason.

But through learning how to meet ourselves differently in the midst of change.

With honesty.

Compassion.

Resilience.

Self-responsibility.

And trust in our ability to rebuild.

I believe that when you have seemingly been derailed, you can indeed find new tracks and set off again. There is power in this pivot.

MY WORK

Today, I support people navigating life-changing transitions and seasons.

My work combines compassionate support with grounded intuitive coaching for people who are feeling lost and are getting the sense that what they need to do now is reach for a truer, grander, version of themselves.

Together, we create space for:

the emotional fall out

building self-trust

reinvention

grounded healing

conscious rebuilding

deeper alignment

Life happens. It is how you choose to respond that defines you.

Who is your story calling you to be?

If you are navigating a season that has changed you — or quietly asking you to change — you do not have to walk it alone.

Sometimes the bravest thing we can do is allow ourselves to be supported while we find our footing again.

If you are looking for that kind of informed support, I would be honoured to walk alongside you.

Cass Cozens

Witchsticks is another name for divining rods — tools traditionally used to locate hidden water and unseen pathways beneath the surface.

To me, Divine Your Path represents something far deeper.

It is the journey of finding your way through life’s pivots, losses, reinventions, and awakenings — learning to trust that even in seasons of uncertainty, there is meaning, wisdom, and guidance available to us.

When we slow down enough to listen, we often discover that we are not navigating life alone.

Whether we call it Source, God, intuition, or our higher self, there is something within and beyond us quietly guiding us back toward truth, alignment, and the person we were always meant to become.

FAQs

Here are some common questions.

If you need anything else, I'm here to help.

What kind of people do you work with?

I work with emotionally aware and spiritually open people navigating significant life transitions or identity-shifting experiences.

This may include:

divorce or relationship breakdown

grief and loss

burnout

redundancy or career change

empty nest transitions

anxiety or emotional overwhelm

periods of uncertainty, reinvention, or personal awakening

Most of my clients are thoughtful people who sense there is a deeper transformation unfolding beneath what they are experiencing and want compassionate support while navigating it.

What kind of coaching do you offer?

My coaching combines grounded emotional support with transformational guidance.

This is not about “fixing” you or bypassing difficult emotions. It is about helping you move through life’s challenges with greater self-trust, resilience, clarity, and alignment.

Together, we create space to:

process change safely

rebuild emotional resilience

reconnect to yourself

navigate uncertainty

consciously rebuild your next chapter

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching is different from therapy.

Therapy often focuses on diagnosis, mental health treatment, and healing the past.

My work is future-focused and transformational. While we absolutely honour your emotional experience, coaching is designed to support you in navigating change, reconnecting to yourself, and moving forward with greater clarity, resilience, and self-trust.

If I believe additional therapeutic support would benefit you, I will always encourage that with care and integrity.

What can I expect from our sessions?

Sessions are supportive, reflective, honest, and deeply compassionate.

This is a space where you can arrive exactly as you are — without judgement, pressure, or performance.

Our work together may include:

guided reflection

emotional processing

nervous system awareness

identity and life transition work

practical grounding tools

visioning and reinvention work

self-trust and resilience building

Every session is tailored to where you are and what you most need support with.

How long do we work together?

Because this work involves meaningful personal transformation, emotional support, and conscious rebuilding, I work within coaching containers rather than offering one-off sessions.

This allows us to create a deeper, more supportive process where there is space for reflection, integration, accountability, and lasting change over time — rather than simply addressing things at surface level.

I currently offer both foundation and signature coaching experiences, depending on the level of support, depth, and transformation you are looking for. We can explore together which option feels most aligned for you during your discovery call.

Do I need to be “spiritual” to work with you?

Not at all.

You do not need to follow any particular spiritual beliefs.

Many of my clients simply sense that life holds deeper meaning and that difficult experiences can become opportunities for growth, self-discovery, and transformation.

My approach is grounded, compassionate, and accessible.

What if I feel completely lost right now?

That is often exactly where this work begins.

Life transitions can shake your sense of identity, certainty, and emotional safety. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out for support.

Sometimes the bravest thing we can do is allow ourselves to be supported while we find our footing again.

What is your cancellation policy?

I kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.

Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be forfeited, except in exceptional circumstances.

This policy helps protect the time, energy, and commitment held for all clients.

Is coaching confidential?

Yes. Everything shared within our sessions is treated with care, respect, and confidentiality.

Creating a safe and trusting space for your process is deeply important to me.

How do I know if this work is right for me?

This work may be a good fit if you are:

open to honest self-reflection

willing to engage with your growth process

navigating a meaningful life transition

seeking grounded emotional support alongside transformation

ready to rebuild yourself with greater self-trust and alignment

The best way to explore this is through an initial conversation where we can connect and see whether working together feels aligned for both of us.
